1. Introduction

These General Sales Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Brisa website. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these conditions.

2. Ordering & Payment

Order Placement

To place an order, you must create an account or check out as a guest. You must provide accurate billing and shipping information. We reserve the right to verify your identity and shipping address.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number, items, shipping address, and tracking information (once dispatched).

Payment Authorization

By submitting payment, you authorize Brisa to charge your payment method. Your bank may process the charge immediately or within 3-5 business days.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Options

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Shipping times vary based on location and selected method:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day

Shipping Address

We ship to addresses within India and select international locations. Shipping address must be complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Once shipped, Brisa is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft during transit. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. You can use this information to monitor your package's status.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached. Items must be in resalable condition.

Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return
  2. Receive a prepaid return shipping label
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back
  4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Excluded Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom items
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Exchanges

For exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order. Alternatively, contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

5. Product Guarantee

Brisa products are guaranteed to be authentic and of the highest quality. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos for a replacement or refund.

Defective Products

Defects due to manufacturing are covered under our guarantee. Normal wear and tear are not covered. We will repair or replace defective items at no cost.

6. Pricing & Availability

Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time of purchase. We price-match current sales promotions.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to offer alternatives or provide a full refund.

Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they ship. To cancel an order, contact our Customer Service team immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return upon delivery.
